* FREE SHIPPING from the nearest WHP location (contiguous US only)
* UPS is used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed UPS size or weight limits, "Common Carrier" will be used to speed delivery to you.
* No handling fee

RETURNS -
* Email us to receive an authorization number to return the merchandise within 30 days.
* A 25% restocking charge will be applied to all returns.
* Merchandise must be in same condition as received.
* Customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges for cancelled orders.
INSIDE DELIVERY: Please mention if you need inside delivery when placing the order.
